The community room of the Flora Depot is a beautiful facility located on the second floor, featuring a large arch window setting amidst local historic photos and memorabilia. It can accommodate up to 120 people seated at round tables throughout the room. It has been the scene for weddings, class reunions, anniversaries, business meetings, etc.
To inquire about reserving the room for your event, telephone 618-662-5646. Your call will be returned if no personnel are present to answer your inquiries.
Standard rental fees for the room are $50 an hour (more if food will be served), up to a maximum of $300. As an added service, linen tablecloths are available for use. There is a $100 charge for their use and for laundering.
We also have a Small Meeting room that is perfect to hold your lunch meetings in for $30.00 an hour and the Train Room is great for a little larger meeting or event at $100.00 per event or $150.00 if your luncheon is catered.
